Welcome to the highlight reel from the Women’s+ Enduro hosted by NSMBA (North Shore Mountain Bike Association) on Saturday, September 20, 2025! I had the privilege of volunteering at this inspiring event—here’s a look at the energy, the community, and the trails that made the day special. Event Overview: The Women’s+ Enduro is a stand-alone enduro event created for the women, transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse community, welcoming riders at all experience levels. There were two course options: Long Course (5 stages) and Short Course (3 stages), offering a range of trail difficulty to suit everyone. The event began with registration and a course briefing, followed by staggered start times (e-bikes, long course, then short course) to help with trail flow. After the racing, everyone met up for an après at Black Kettle Brewing – a chance to celebrate, share stories, and enjoy some community vibes.
