Hi, this is Jia. I would like to share my favorite Korean recipes with you. I've been running Korean cooking class and food tour company in Seoul, Korea for the last 10 years. I wanted to share my secret recipes which are both easy to make and delicious. I hope you enjoy my video! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jajangmyeon / Black soysauce noodles Ingredients Jajang sauce (or chunjang in korean), black soy bean-- 4 tbsp Pork belly, small diced---------------------------------------------------- 200g Onion, small diced---------------------------------------------------------- 400g Cabbage, cubed-------------------------------------------------------------- 100g Zucchini, small diced------------------------------------------------------ 200g Cucumber----------------------------------------------------------------------- 100g Green onion, chopped----------------------------------------------------- 100g Soy sauce------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2 tbsp Vegetable oil-------------------------------------------------------------------- 6 tbsp Sugar------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 tbsp Fresh jajangmyeon noodles or udon noodles----------------- 300g Instructions 1. Prepare garnish. Julienne cucumber 2. Medium dice zucchini and cabbage. Chop green onion and dice pork 3. Heat the pot over medium high heat and add 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Reduce the heat to medium low. Add jajang paste and stir fry for about 2 minutes until black soybean bubbles a bit. Transfer the sauce with oil to a small bowl and set aside 4. Heat the pot over medium heat add vegetable oil used for stir fry black soybean paste. Put diced pork and stir fry until half cooked. Add vegetables and season with soy sauce and sugar. Add stir fried jajang and chopped green onion. Mix well. Cook until all ingredients are fully cooked for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Set the sauce aside 5. Cook noodles according to the package instructions, drain and set aside 6. Add one portion(about 150g) of cooked noodles to serving bowl and put jajang sauce to it. Garnish with cucumber 7. Serve.
