For our first guest edition of Quarantine Sessions, international Circus Artist Jackie Le has filmed an all-important stretching routine to help you all stay comfortable and flexible during those long hours of homeschooling. Jackie specialises in aerial hoop silks and rope but - like the rest of us - is currently keeping fit and flexible from the confines of her own home. She’s taken time out of her new lockdown hobbies to show you this range of stretches you can do in between online lessons. Take a break from your homework, get your family involved, and make achieving a box split one of your lockdown goals!
