Day 21 of Lent – Christian Meditation On this twenty-first day of Lent, we continue our spiritual journey through prayer, fasting, and reflection. Lent is not only a time of sacrifice, but a time of transformation. God calls us to renew our hearts and to live the Gospel in a concrete and visible way. In this meditation, we reflect on an essential truth of the Christian life: love must not remain only in words. True Christian love becomes visible through our actions, our attitudes, and the way we treat others every day. Jesus reminds us in the Gospel that love is expressed through concrete acts of charity. Feeding the hungry, comforting those who suffer, listening to those who feel rejected, and bringing hope to those who are discouraged are all ways of making God's love visible in the world. During this season of Lent, we are invited to grow in compassion.Fasting teaches us simplicity, prayer brings us closer to God, and charity opens our hearts to the needs of others. Small gestures of kindness can transform lives. A word of encouragement, a gesture of forgiveness, or a moment of presence can bring light into someone's darkness.
