On this 21st day of Lent, we are invited to reflect on a powerful spiritual question: Have we lost our first love for God? During this Lenten journey of prayer, fasting, and conversion, the Church calls us to return to what is essential — a living relationship with the Lord. Lent is not only a time of sacrifice; it is a time to renew our faith, rekindle our love for God, and rediscover the presence of Christ in our lives. In the Book of Revelation (2:4), Jesus says: "I have this against you, that you have abandoned your first love." These words still speak to Christians today. Many believers begin their faith journey with great enthusiasm and spiritual fervor. But over time, routine, worries, and the struggles of daily life can weaken that initial love. This message for Day 21 of Lent is an invitation to return to God with a renewed heart. In this meditation we will reflect on: Why spiritual fervor sometimes fades How to rediscover our first love for God The importance of prayer, fasting, and charity during Lent How the journey toward Easter can renew our spiritual life Through Scripture, the example of the saints, and the intercession of the Virgin Mary, we are reminded that God never stops calling us back to Him. Even if faith seems weak, God's grace can rekindle the flame of love in the human heart. As we continue our journey toward the Resurrection of Christ, may this message help you rediscover the joy of seeking God and strengthen your spiritual life. May the Lord renew your faith and fill your heart with His peace. 🙏 If this message blesses you, share it with others who may need encouragement during this Lenten season.
