Why is it so hard for many to leave cults and the false prophets who lead them? Is it spiritual? Is it psychological? Or, is it both? The holy Scriptures in II Timothy chapter 4 verse 3 says: "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." Is that what we are seeing today a fulfillment of that prophetic utterance from the apostle Paul as he was moved by The Holy Ghost? And, what should be the response of the Church to these individuals who find it difficult to discern and forsake deception, false doctrine and the false prophets who are the purveyors of such things?
