Join me Spence Crosby in this shadow boxing workout video. We will be going through a 10 min shadow boxing workout that requires no equipment.You will build strength and endurance. We will mix in different punching combinations to get you more familiar with punching and building a solid base. We will shadowbox (box just using our hands). Boxing is a great workout routine to start doing. It's fun, gets your heart rate up which leads to you burning calories which will burn fat and help you to get into better shape. No matter what level you are currently on all levels can benefit from this boxing routine. As we will drill basic to intermediate boxing combinations.
