Bill George grew Medtronic from a niche maker of cardiac pacemakers to the world's leading medical device company, pioneering treatments for diseases that effect organs from head to toe. He was driven to be a leader, but could not become one until he learned to become less driven by his own success and more focused on other people. This video tells how he came to that insight and what it allowed him to do. This film was produced for The Franklin Institute Awards program.
