How to Remove the Backseat in a 08-12 Honda Accord 8th Generation

For those of you wondering, I did scrape off the OEM sound deadening under the seat for weight reduction. I did the trunk, backseat and under the passenger seat. I only got 8 pounds out, but it was something to do with the car. I have however added much more weight than I've taken out as you can see by the subwoofer. I hope this video was helpful.
