These fans are located in The Spinnerstown Hotel restaurant. There are three of them, controlled by a solid state speed control. The fan closest to the control had the chain set to medium at the beginning of the video, before I changed it to high. RPM estimation on the fan next to the control: 57 with the chain on medium, then 66-142 RPM estimation on the middle fan: 69 with another fan chain on medium, then 51-120 RPM estimation on the fan farthest from the control: 91 with another fan chain on medium, then 67-136 The reason changing the chain from medium to high slowed two others down when on minimum speed is that solid state speed controls work by chopping current, and when the chain is on medium, and when the current is chopped, two other fans take energy from the speed capacitor, allowing them to spin faster when on speeds other than maximum speed. The middle fan has a bad start/run capacitor causing it to not spin as fast as the other two set to high, even with the chain on high. Other two blow okay amount of air. They have some wobble without much noise. All three fans are first shown on minimum speed with fan closest to the control set to medium and two others set to high, then speeds from minimum speed to maximum speed with all three chains on high.
