Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Oyster cream sauce [Ingredients] 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 150cc of milk [How to make] ① Mix all the seasonings together. ◉ Stir-fried chicken and mushrooms in oyster cream sauce (serves 2-3) [Ingredients] 1 chicken thigh, 1/2 onion, 1 pack of king oyster mushrooms, 1 pack of maitake mushrooms, a little chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon salad oil, a little salt, a little pepper A (1 tablespoon sake, 3 tablespoons oyster cream sauce, a little pepper) *If making oyster cream sauce separately Oyster sauce (2 teaspoons), honey (1 teaspoon), milk (2 tablespoons) [Preparation] 1. Thinly slice the onion. Tear the king oyster mushrooms and maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces with your hands. 2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. (including the skin) ③ Add salad oil (1 tbsp) to a frying pan. Place the chicken skin-side down so that it does not overlap. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and fry over medium heat. Once browned, add the onion and fry until it is well coated with the oil. Add the king oyster mushrooms and maitake mushrooms and fry until soft. ④ Add A and stir fry briefly. ⑤ Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. ◉ Oyster cream chowder with clams and vegetables (serves 2-3) [Ingredients] 200g clams, 2 potatoes, 100g carrots, 1/4 onion, 4 green beans, 1 tablespoon salad oil, a little black pepper A (600cc water, 50cc sake) B (5 tablespoons oyster cream sauce, a little salt) *If making oyster cream sauce separately Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon), honey (1 teaspoon), milk (50cc) [Preparation] 1. Remove sand from clams. 2. Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into 1cm cubes. Cut green beans to 1cm lengths. ③ Add salad oil (1 tbsp) to a frying pan. Sprinkle salt (a little) on the potatoes, onions, carrots, and green beans and fry over medium heat until soft. ④ Add A and bring to a boil. Add the clams and cook until they open, then reduce heat to low, add B, and bring to a quick simmer. ⑤ Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with black pepper.
