#2 Dinan to Rennes

In this episode we continue our adventure to get to the Mediterranean Sea and have some fun on our first few days on the Canal ‘d’Ille et Vilaine’ from Dinan in the North to Rennes, the capital city of Brittany. Adventures aboard SV MINUET highlights my continuing quest to explore the seas and inland waterways of the world. I bought a Southerly 95 because the southerlies have a retractable keel enabling them to stay afloat in very shallow water (55cm) or even to run aground and wait for the tide to come back up!
