We reinstalled this window three times… and it still leaked. In this workshop build update, my dad and I continue building our shed workspace — finishing the window siding, sealing the frame (again), installing aluminum drawer rails, oiling the workbench, and building table legs from reclaimed wood. Along the way we sealed and reinstalled a leaking window (twice!), built workbench drawer rails, used reclaimed pallet wood for table legs, installed aluminum profiles, prepared the next table base, tested water drainage and fixed leaks, and built shelves from leftover lumber. Real DIY always includes mistakes, fixes, and learning as you go — and this project definitely delivers. Next episode: we reinforce the structure and start building the drawer system.
