How Real Estate Agents are Paid - Real Estate Commissions Explained // In this video, I share how the commission structure works in real estate. How Do Real Estate Agents Get Paid? Who pays the real estate agent? As a Realtor, I get this question quite often especially from first time home buyers. They ask: How is a buyer’s agent paid and how about the seller’s agent? The pay structure varies but in this video I share what percentage do real estate agents make when they sell a house and how much of that do they actually take home (i.e. how much they net).
