Malai Tikka and Pulao are a perfect combination to try out. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3jlUpnz Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: / foodfusionpk Instagram: / foodfusionpk Twitter: / foodfusionpk Also follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kid's special recipes. 00:00 Malai Tikka Pulao 00:18 Malai tikka preparation 01:24 Pulao preparation 02:39 Coal smoke 02:50 Aray waah Serves 4-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Chicken tikka pieces 1 kg (4 pieces) -Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked 1 Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Cream ½ Cup -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp -Lemon juice 3 tbs -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Ghee ¼ Cup -Laung (Cloves) 2-3 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 6-7 -Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Chawal (Rice) sella ½ kg (soaked for 30 minutes) -Hot water 2 & ½ Cups -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Chicken stock cubes 2 -Pyaz (Onion) fried -Hari mirch (Green chilli) slit 3 -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Pyaz (Onion) fried Directions: -Place deep cuts on chicken pieces. -In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,cream,zeera powder,salt,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,white pepper powder,nutmeg powder,mace powder,lemon juice,mix well,cover and marinate for 2 hours. -In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated malai tikka pieces with marination,cover and cook on low flame until tender (15-20 minutes),turn sides in between & set aside. -In a pot,add ghee and let it melt. -Add cloves,black cardamom,black peppercorns,cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and mix well. -Add onion,mix well and fry until light golden. -Add ginger garlic,green chilli and mix well. -Add soaked rice and mix well. -Add hot water,salt,chicken stock cubes,mix well and bring it to bioil,cover & cook on low flame until 3/4th done (8-10 minutes). -Add malai tikka pieces with gravy,fried onion,green chilli,cover and steam cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. -Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes. -Garnish with fried onion & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Chicken tikka pieces 1 kg (4 pieces) -Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked 1 Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Cream ½ Cup -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp -Lemon juice 3 tbs -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Ghee ¼ Cup -Laung (Cloves) 2-3 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 6-7 -Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Chawal (Rice) sella ½ kg (soaked for 30 minutes) -Hot water 2 & ½ Cups -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Chicken stock cubes 2 -Pyaz (Onion) fried -Hari mirch (Green chilli) slit 3 -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Pyaz (Onion) fried Directions: -Chicken pieces per deep cuts laga lein. -Bowl mein chicken,dahi,hari mirch,adrak lehsan paste,cream,zeera powder,namak,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,safed mirch powder,jaifil powder,jjavitri powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein. -Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated malai tikka pieces marination ka saath dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (15-20 minutes) & bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein. -Pot mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Laung,badi elaichi,sabut kali mirch,darchini aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pyaz da ker mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Adrak lehsan aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Soaked chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Hot water,namak aur chicken stock cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3/4th done ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes). -Malai tikka pieces with gravy,fried pyaz aur hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein. -2-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein -Fried pyaz dal ker serve karein!
