RUNNING FORM , RHYTHM and SPEED DRILLS 🔥 I’ve put together a mixture of some dynamic drills that you can use as part of your warm up, training and sessions. 1. 1-2’s (focus on rhythm) 2. Up-Side-Up-Circular (focus on rhythm) 3. High Knees (focus on speed) 4. Butt Kicks (focus on form, speed) 5. Short High Knee Skips (focus on rhythm, bounce and speed) 6. Short high knees (speed) 7. Straight leg drill (speed) All of this is just going to be great for your speed, bounce and rhythm. Make sure your do a light jog fwd or stride (5-8 meters) WARM THOSE GLUTEUS UP and get them working 🙌🏾 I’ve put together nine basic dynamic drills that you can use as part of your warm up, training and sessions. The glutes need to be ready to get them activated 🔥and stay away from injuries. 1. Foam rolling 2. Glute stretch 1 3. Glute stretch 2 4. Single leg high knees 5. Hurdle walks 6. Outward forward 7. Dynamic running mountain climbers 8. Straight leg swings 9. Sideways swings All of this is just going to be great for your posture and rhythm. It will open and warm your glutes up! GET THOSE HAMSTRINGS READY 🙌🏾 I’ve put together four basic dynamic drills and stretches so you can do them as part of your warm up, training and sessions. The hamstrings need to be warmed up, ready to 🔥 and stay away from injuries. 1. Forward moving single leg stretch 2. High kicks 3. In and out forward moving stretch 4. Circulars Make sure posture and movement is relaxed and forward moving. Even if you already do some of these, there’s always room for improvement in all of us...try and get the posture and rhythm working better ✊🏾 What is workout diaries?
