Good morning, This is one interaction I won't soon forget. As I was cleaning up this old farmyard the owner pulled up. To say he was mildly upset would have been an understatement. I knew it wasn't completely abandoned because it had recently had the hay bailed in the pasture. It did however look a bit lonely. After talking with the owner, I found out that when it is cleaned around, he gets thieves and people wanting to rent the home. This home may be beautiful on the outside but due to black mold infestation, it is uninhabitable. The owner has every intention of gutting the inside and treating the home so that he can renovate it. He truly believes the previous owner became sick and passed away due to this deadly fungus. Well, after he realized I wasn't a thief and didn't want to occupy the home he allowed me to finish what I was doing. It all turned out good in the end.
