I knocked on the door and did not get an answer so i spoke to 2 neighbours about the place. The first neighbour told me someone was living there but they had never seen them and thought perhaps the house across the road was the owner of the property i was to be working on, so i made my way there and was greeted my an elderly woman by the name of Rosa! Rosa told me she had met the man at the house just once in about 20 years since the old owners moved out! And it was to ask him if she could help herself to the avocados growing out the front! She mentioned it was suspicious and the blinds had never been up in about 20 years and that she wishes someone would take care of it! She encouraged me that the man would not mind if i worked on the property so i did just that! And i can tell you now this was some of the craziest work i have done! I completely cleared a garden bed that was starting to look like a little mini jungle! And the difference in the end was astounding! I hope everyone will be happy with the results including you guys!
