Rice and Beans: Add garlic, celery, onions, soaked beans, and rice to the pressure cooker instant pot. Season to taste. Pressure cook on the manual setting for about 28 mins (can do longer if you want mushier beans). Let the pressure naturally release over 10 mins. Garnish with avocado or lime or tortilla strips!
