$350 Seized Honda XR200R Engine Teardown

Bought this 2001 Honda XR200R yesterday for $350 with a locked up motor. The guy told me it was seized from sitting a long time and upon inspection it appears to have been stored outside for some time uncovered (the entire airbox was literally completely full of mud and when I took the cover off it poured muddy water out...). Another sign is the faded plastics and the seat cover is destroyed from being exposed to the elements, and all of the controls were stuck and had to be freed. Overall the rest of the bike is fine though; the only problems are with the engine. After this video I tore the engine down further and discovered that the bottom end spins freely, the trans has all the gears and the piston is just seized in the cylinder. Looks like I'll be able to just get away with the cylinder being honed and a new top end to get it going, fingers crossed.
