The Adios 6 running shoes are basically for racing and speed workouts for 5km, 10Km, Half Marathon and the Marathon distance. The cost of these shoes is approximately 7000 to 11000 rupees on adidas india official website. These shoes are lightweight at 230 gms and ideal for racing. The midsole is made of lightstrike Pro cushioning in the mid & forefoot portion and gives very good bounce and energy return while running fast. The outsole is made of continental rubber which is very durable. But I found one small issue with the design of this continental rubber i.e some pebbles were getting struck right into the outsole. You will not face this issue if you are running on a synthetic track or road but I faced this issue on the muddy tracks in my town. There is no such issue on the Adidas SL20 running shoe. A better continental rubber outsole design will help in addressing this issue. I have run three Half Marathon races in these shoes and the shoe is without a doubt best suited for racing. At the Adani Ahmedabad Half Marathon where I ran in 1 hour 21 minutes I could feel the fast responsiveness of these shoes despite my heavy weight body composition. The best use of these shoes is for speed workouts like interval training, Tempo Runs and for all races from the 5k to the Marathon. Overall, the Adios 6 shoes are best for racing and speed workouts.
