Now makes small ball and fry in heat ghee, take it out in a dish. In a pan, add sugar, water, screw pine essence and let it cook. Place syrup on a low flame and dip golden brown gulab jamans in the syrup before you serve. Garnish with almonds and pistachios. Fried Chana Daal: Ingredients: Split chickpeas ½ kg Butter 50 gm Oil ½ cup Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomatoes 4 Red chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Ginger 4 tbsp All spice powder 1 tsp Chicken cube 1 Asafoetida a pinch Green chilies 6 Fresh coriander for garnish Method: Wash split chickpeas and boil it along with 2 cups of water, red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder. Once it is done, sieve and set aside. Then heat oil in a wok and fry ginger. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, fenugreek leaves, all spice powder, chicken cube and asafoetida. Mix and cook well. Then add boiled spilt chickpeas and cook for another few minutes. Now add butter and green chilies. Mix well. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. Galawati Gosht: Ingredients: Mutton ½ kg Tomatoes 5 Papaya Paste 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (chopped) 1 tsp Fennel Seeds (chopped) 1 tsp Green Chilies 6 Coriander Leaves ½ bunch All spice Powder 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp Oil ½ cup Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Method: Marinate meat with papaya paste, salt, lemon juice and leave it. In a pan, add marinated chicken, water and cook till meat is tender. Then heat oil, add tomatoes, green chili and fry. After this, add meat, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and fry. In the end, add coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
