Many times people postpone important tasks for later execution and choose to do less important tasks because of negative emotions. We need to connect inspiration or a feel good factor with a task in order to get the enthusiasm to carry on. Procrastination is the habit of putting off important tasks until later. Procrastination is serious especially in situation where where delay has negative consequences.
