Today I've brought Rare Cheese Cake that you can make without using an oven in this hot summer day. When you eat this super white cake~ yeah it's cheesy.. It's perfect with Americano :) Be careful in using animal fat cream since it can be separated in hot weather I've used 15cm mousse ring, if you want thicker Oreo layer, twice the Oreo and butter amount :-) This is the regular rare cheese cake recipe, so you can use the recipe in making different cakes as well. ▶ ingredient (15cm) 50g oreo 20g melted butter 4g gelatin 200g cream cheese 80g sugar 1/2 vanilla bean plain yogurt 200ml heavy cream 1) Smash Oreos. 2) Insert the melted butter and stir it well. Layer it on the mousse ring, and put it in the fridge. 3) Put the gelatin in a cold water (4 mins) 4) Whip the cream cheese in a bowl, stir it with sugar and vanilla bean. 5) Add plain yogurt. 6) Use another bowl for cream, and whip the cream. 7) Put the whipped cream in the cream cheese bowl. 8) Drain the water from gelatin, put it in a separate bowl and microwave it for 10 secs. 9) Pour the melted gelatin in cheese cake dough. 10) Pour the dough in Oreo cookie mousse ring, and align the layer. 11) Put it in the fridge for 2 hours. -Instead of using Oreo and butter, you can use a cake sheet or Diget cookie. -You can eat the cake along with jam and chocolate. -You can skip the vanilla bean.
