We are absolutely delighted to announce our latest interview with Sarah Fennell. Sarah studied Politics at the University of York. Upon graduating she started her career at HSBC, where she was involved in a number of roles, and worked up to the position of Acting Head of Diversity and Inclusion. After that, she joined Moody's working in the Diversity and Inclusion Lead team. She is currently the Head of EMEA Diversity & Inclusion at Macquarie. There she created the regional Diversity & Inclusion strategy, following on from a data and culture audit to identify key issues with the main Diversity & Inclusion focus area being Disability, Ethnicity, Gender, Intersectionality, LGBT+, Neurodiversity, and Social Mobility.
