A gentle 30 minute class designed for beginners wanting the option of chair exercises for at home. Suitable for anyone looking to get back into fitness. Ideal for seniors, older adults, those with mobility issues, or beginners. Water bottles or food cans can be used for weights if needed. Most of the workout will be seated but we will stand for about 6 minutes to strengthen the legs. If you can't stand, you can modify the exercises and remain seated. This is a great workout for those who mostly need a seated workout but can do some standing exercises.
