How to get a 9 Three Wishes~Kingdom Hearts Remix: Chain of Memories(PS4)

Hey guys! In this video I am going to show you how to always get a Three Wishes with the value of nine using RNG Manipulation for Kingdom Hearts Remix: Chain of Memories for the PS4! I am not sure if this will work on past consoles or versions of this game or future ones. A little story for those wondering how I even stumbled across this. I was continuing my Challenge Run and I was having a hard time against Genie Jafar. He has an absurd amount of eight value cards and he kept messing up my no damage attempt. Even though I had found two Three Wishes with the value of eight, I still was having trouble so I went to the one place I knew would give me more cards. I opened a Moogle Room and prayed to RNG. RNG didn't receive my prayers as I got some rather low value cards. I soft reset and tried again since I only had two Moogle Room Cards and I didn't want to waste them. The second time I could have sworn I got the same cards so I reset again and wrote down the cards I got. There was no way RNG is this bad right? How could I have gotten the same cards three times in a row? I reset for the fourth time and there they were the same exact cards pack for pack. This can't be a coincidence I told myself. I soft reset, but this time I jumped before I talked to Mog and the cards were different! I wrote down the cards and soft reset and did the same thing. It was then that I had stumbled upon RNG Manipulation. It was the exact same cards again.
