We love to find lots of different colours of sea glass, but its most often the case that we find clear glass in abundance and not much more! Some places seem to collect more of one color than any other - we find shores of sea foam, beaches of green glass, and, coasts of brown - but places with their own rainbows of coloured glass seem much less common! So, today we have come back along to Cellardyke, across the River Forth from Edinburgh, because we found so many different colours when we last visited this wonderful harbor town in the East Neuk of Fife. There is always a trade off - with many colors comes a compromise! Our rainbow is made of many beautiful wee gems - but such a variety is amazing! Bonfire glass, flashglass, milk glass, and a spectrum of frosted glass, washed by the sea over many decades! Its a great day - we find our rainbow and a whole lot more! Stunning pottery pieces and an old, heavily corroded coin - despite its age and condition, we manage to identify it and give a few very general tips to identify UK coins - look where the monarch is looking! ;) We hope you enjoyed today's video...
