We hear from Mieke Verschoor, a fellow member of our network, who is a Co-founder of the Green Loop and Organics Programmes Manager at Sustainable Taranaki. She is leading education and behaviour change towards turning food waste into resources. We also hear from Caroline, another fellow member, who is the soil food web trained scientist working on this project.
