In this video I review and compare the Godox SL150W II against the original Godox SL150W and FV150. The Godox SL150W and SL60W have been the go-to budget LED video lights for beginners and new YouTubers for a few years. The build quality, brightness, and color accuracy have always stacked up well against premium brands, but their biggest flaw has always been excess fan noise. The new Godox SL150W II (and SL200W II) have an upgraded body and fan design, and even include the ability to turn the fan completely off for totally silent operation. There is a catch to running the light with the fan off, but the additional upgrades to the SL150W II make it well worth the price (in my opinion). Is this the best budget light for beginners?
