Innovative concepts for sustainability have been implemented in the development of the Line 2000 Energy deep frying appliance, which is available as a single appliance or as a double and triple station: Resource: Energy An insulated tray base, insulated side walls, a tight-closing steam lid and a reduced tray volume have resulted in enormous energy savings: approx. 50% during heating and approx. 25% during baking and idling. Resource: Personnel The halving of the waiting time during heating has resulted in greater machine availability for staff, who also benefit from a new, ergonomic working height of 91.5 cm thanks to the development of a new lifting unit. When using double and triple stations, working distances and waiting times can also be reduced. Resource: Material The innovations in terms of sustainability also have an impact on materials: the grease tray volume has been reduced by almost 20%, with only 40 litres of fat required instead of 49 litres. In addition, the service life of the fat has been extended thanks to synchronised heating (less fat burning). Product quality The fat absorption of the products has been reduced thanks to the digital heating control, which benefits the product quality enormously. The use of servo motors, whose turning speed can be adjusted, ensures that the products are turned gently. The volume steam lid remains closed until each turn, thus ensuring a larger volume of baked goods at the same weight. Sustainability of resources in perfection - with outstanding product quality!
