Camp Melchor F. Dela Cruz, Brgy. Upi, Gamu, Isabela September 17, 2016 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte held an executive briefing with about 50 officials and staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), primarily the 5th Infantry Division (5ID) of the Philippine Army (PA), at the Command Conference Room of Camp Melchor F. Dela Cruz (CMFDC) in Gamu, Isabela. Prior to the executive briefing, a cultural dance presentation welcomed the arrival of the Commander-in-Chief while he was ushered to the Commander’s Lounge for the signing of guestbook. The President was joined by Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Silvestre Bello III, National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, 5ID Commander BGen. Paul Atal, 5ID Assistant Division Commander BGen.
