An Indian bread speciality which goes well with any raita or pickle! Ingredients 1.5 cup Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1.5 tbsp coriander cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp asafoetida Salt 2 tbsp oil 1.5 cup methi leaves (fenugreek leaves chopped) Method: Mix wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin seed powder, asafoetida, salt, oil, methi leaves, in a bowl and make dough.
