The Black HOUSE in Chiang Rai is one-of-a-kind. A lifetime collection of one of Thailand's most famous artists, I have heard this place described as a "Metal Music-lovers' ideal day trip," and also a strangely happy Buddhist dark art collection. With such descriptions as these, and the fact that we visited the popular "White Temple" a few months ago, it was only a matter of time until we took the chance to visit the "Black House" (not a temple!) in Chiang Rai. Thanks for hanging out with us today! This place was SO incredible, unique, and just cool, I could hang out here again very soon. I see why it is so famous, there really is nothing like this place... Thanks to all those of you who have asked "Joel, why don't you do a few videos showing some sights (as well as the flavors) the next time you are in a new town?"
