This is a 35 minute high intensity HIIT killer workout. We have 20 different exercises for you. Always a strengthening and then a kickboxing combination. For this full body workout, you need weights such as some dumbbells or just two water bottles, a chair or step and a bar or barbell. Andi Holzner and I take turns presenting these exercises to you. Have fun and push through. My workouts are ideal for doing at home to join in.
