Find the full recipe below or visit our recipe page 🌈✨ https://suncorefoods.com/blogs/recipe... #suncorefoods #suncorelife #pinkpitaya #pannacotta #easyrecipes 👩‍🍳 RECIPE 🌱 Ingredients: 1 cup + ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Oat Milk 1 cup coconut cream 1 tsp pure vanilla extract ½ cup maple syrup 1-2 tbsp Pink Pitaya Supercolor Powder 4.5 tbsp corn starch Optional garnish – Cacao nibs, dark chocolate chips, or shaved dark chocolate ⏲ Directions: 1. Blending together 1 cup vanilla oat milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and Pink Pitaya Supecolor Powder until well combined. Transfer mixture to a saucepan. 2. Dissolve corn starch into ½ cup of milk and mix into the saucepan. Place the saucepan on medium-high heat and bring to boil. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 2-5 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. 4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into 8-10 shot glasses. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour up to overnight.
