Basingstoke and North Hants Model Railway Society Exhibition - Saturday 12th March 2022 - part 1

After a couple of months break, I made the journey to Basingstoke, for the Basingstoke and North Hants Model Railway Society exhibition at the Richard Aldworth School. This was one of the very last exhibitions that was held in 2020, just before the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown, so after 2 years, it was good to be back. In this first part we see the following layouts - Strathmore, Greenfield Valley, Templeford, Straight & Narrow (modular narrow gauge), Bodmin, Pine Road, Brians Continental, Sundown Lane, Waalhaven, Holcombe Brook and Scratchy Bottom & Cuckoo Creek. The layouts span all the popular scales through from 2mm N gauge to 7mm O gauge, as well as a bit of an oddity in GN15. Steam, diesel, standard gauge and narrow gauge are all here, showcasing some simply stunning modelling. I hope you enjoy the film and don't forget to watch part 2.
