Visiting Agra to view the Majestic beauty of the Taj Mahal has been a dream for me and my husband since we married. But striking it off our travel bucket list with our sign of love in our arms and that too on Valentine's week was purely phenomenal. When most people think of Agra, it’s the Taj Mahal that instantly comes to mind. While it is true that the grand, marble mausoleum is the city’s star attraction and the one that draws most tourists to this corner of Uttar Pradesh, the city does have a lot more to offer those willing to stick around for longer than a day. What we’re left with today is a city that is steeped in history and dotted with some of the most intricate and impressive structures you will ever lay your eyes on, all concentrated on this small bend in the holy Yamuna river.
