Chef Lin Chaodai: Born in December 1968, male, from Shunde, Guangdong, is a senior Chinese cooking technician, national-level judge, and senior nutritionist. He currently serves as the president of the Shunde branch of the World Cantonese Cuisine Chefs Association and the director of the production department at Country Garden Fengyue Hotel Management Company. From 1987, Lin Chaodai served successively as the head chef of the cutting board at Leliu Huaqiao Travel Agency and the head chef of the production department at Xianquan Hotel. In 2006, he won the silver medal at the "Lee Kum Kee Cup" National Culinary Skills Competition. In 2007, he received the "Best Culinary Skill Award" from the China Cuisine Association. In 2020, he was selected for the "Chinese Unique Skills" performance category at the First National Vocational Skills Competition of the People's Republic of China. Lin Chaodai is famous for his unique skill of cutting potato shreds while blindfolded on a balloon.
