Hazardous material removal is not the same as solid waste disposal, and each would be reflected differently as part of a repair plan. Disposal of hazardous material would include things like paint waste, spray booth filters, fluids, or other contaminants. Solid waste might be old sheet metal or bumpers, cardboard parts packaging or even pallets or crates that larger parts arrive on. Neither of these items are included in any of the estimating systems, and may entail have core processing fees, service fees or even labor to cut down or dismantle to properly dispose of. It is also important to make sure that the entities you work with in disposing of hazardous materials are licensed and properly handling the waste stream from your business.
