I get to work with swimmers from more than 40 teams around the world as part of what we call the triangle of mastery -- The team provides organization, competition, team coaching, etc. I provide mentoring at a personal level with underwater video careful tracking of all the elements of swimming faster from joint balance to stroke, to dryland specific to swimming, and much of the mental aspects of mastery. The third part of the triangle is the swimmers him or her self -- studying video, splits getting in and practicing or learning what he or she hasn't yet mastered, etc. This video shows a little of what we do to encourage more effective team, mentor, and personal advancement every time they get into a training environment.
