Join MTN and MMD for this online panel discussion on best practice in pitching new musicals online. Our industry panel discusses what digital content works most effectively to interest producers, venues and development partners in a new musical. We'll also explore how creatives can best prepare that digital content - what formats work well, how to approach filming content, and how to present it. Our industry panel will include Bartek Podkowa of Seven Hills Films, Elizabeth Newman of Pitlochry Festival Theatre, composer and MD Tim Sutton, and Kiki Stevenson of The Other Palace (subject to change), chaired by Ellen Burgin of MMD and MTN, and James Hadley of MTN. With thanks to Arts Council England for project funding which is supporting MTN and MMD to work with 15 creative teams to develop and distribute digital pitching content from their new musicals in development. We'll be following up this discussion with 'Pitching Your Musical in the Digital Age, Part 2: Distribution & Marketing', an online panel in July.
