MMD & MTN are joined by Nafeesah Butt, Relationship Manager in the London Theatre team at Arts Council England, Elizabeth Sills, Grants and Programmes Manager, PRS Foundation, Fiona Mallin-Robinson, Arts Adviser for John Lyon's Charity & Consultant specialising in income generation for charities and arts organisations, and Neil Marcus, Producer of musicals including 'Indecent Proposal', 'Fanatical' and 'The A to Z of Mrs P' - sharing his extensive experience of fundraising for new musicals (speakers subject to change). The event was an opportunity to ask questions - for example, seeking advice on how to strengthen applications, clarifying what sort of musical theatre activities are more likely to fit funders' priorities or eligibility criteria, and asking things specific to a particular musical you are developing or plan to stage.
