EPISODE 3 GIBB RIVER ROAD ,TIME FOR A SWIM - MT ELIZABETH, MT BARNETT, MANNING GORGE , BELL GORGE Finally its time for that long awaited Swim ! I head off to Mt Elizabeth Station - Great Campground but unfortunately not much water to swim in, had a great look around the Abandoned Homestead before heading off to Mt Barnett and Manning Gorge Campground. Swimming under the waterfall was magical , the colour of the water was something to see . Next stop was Silent Grove Campground , the Cockatoo's here had you running for cover, Fortunately Bell Gorge was only 10km away from camp and the waterfalls here and the swimming hole had you coming back for more, Its always wise to get there as early as you can so your not fighting the crowds, having the Gorge to yourself is really something else.
