Ford Trucks has officially unveiled the new F-Max, its flagship long-haul truck, marking an important milestone in the European heavy-duty truck segment, the only market where it is sold and manufactured. The updated model not only changes its appearance with a more modern and aerodynamic design, but also introduces important innovations such as a digital mirror system and an updated interior. Equipped with a second-generation Ecotorq engine, the Ford F-Max promises a significant improvement in fuel economy, which radically changes the total cost of ownership. Driver assistance technologies are complemented by an improved voice assistant capable of accepting commands in 13 different languages. This system allows the driver to control important functions such as air conditioning, music, radio, and telephone simply by using their voice, minimizing distractions. Even when the driver is resting, they can access these functions via a conveniently located 7-inch touchscreen next to the bed.
