The Mazda CX-30 Carbon Turbo is a brand new trim level for the 2024 model year and after having driving it for a week, it exceeded my expectations. The CX-30 Carbon Turbo trim represents the most economical entry into a CX-30 with a Turbo engine. It has a base price of $32,790, which isn't cheap, but ill get to the value discussion in this video The Carbon Turbo trim gets some exclusive treatment such as a unique Zircon Sand Metallic exterior paint and premium looking Terracotta leather seats. Both of these visual elements give the Carbo Turbo something to separate itself from the rest of the lineup. Now, being that this was the first Mazda I had ever reviewed, I formed expectations based on similar cars I had already driven in the past. And the Mazda CX-30 mostly blew them away. Is it perfect, no, it can definitely be improved. But overall, this thing did pretty good. My detailed thoughts in this video.
