MILKY CHEESE ROLLS Make Soft cheese bread rolls with rich milk flavor. ✔️Dough 1 cup fresh milk (or water) [240 ml] 1 egg [large] 2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams] 3 tbsp sugar [38 grams] 1/4 cup milk powder [35 grams] 3 cups all purpose flour [384 grams] 1/2 tsp salt [3 grams] 2 tbsp butter [30 grams] ✔️Filling + Topping 200 grams cheddar cheese [cut into sticks 10g each] 1/4 cup butter [60 grams] 1/4 cup milk powder [35 grams] 1/4 cup sugar [50 grams] ✔️Extra 1 beaten egg (for eggwash) ⚖️YIELD: 20 pieces.(40 grams each excluding cheese) ✏️Note: 1. For some who may not want to use milk, simply replace liquid milk with water and omit the milk powder. 2. For the use of Instant yeast, liquid can be either room temp or lukewarm. 3. Dough consistency may vary with the type and quality of flour, fat content of the milk, size of egg & omission of milk powder. If dough turns too wet or seems impossible to knead, add up flour if it needs it. And If dough mixture turned dry, then add up liquid or butter before kneading. 4.
