CONTAINS FLASHING LIGHTS/NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE SENSITIVE TO FLASHING LIGHTS OF ANY KIND. After a fantastic day of Lego in Billund, it was time to head home onboard FR5179 onboard an ancient EI-DHC. In my typical style I arrived at Billund Airport stupidly early, and the airport was very quiet indeed, but I was very impressed with the facilities it offered, from charging ports to padded seating, even a smoking area! So I was very sad to leave Billund and the airport, and of course they made us go through passport control, and to my suprise, for the second time in a day, Ryanair was doing Jetbridges! So I joined the queue in the jetbridge and boarded the old bird. I was sat in 6A again which this time had a horrible window alignment but a good wing view. But the legroom was amazing! Perhaps I booked an extra legroom seat without realising but this was the best legroom I've ever had, ever. My main compliment about this flight was, how prompt it all was! We were straight on, pushed back and taxiied out to Runway 09 at Billund for a lovely NG takeoff. Both Billund and Stansted had very good visibility, meaning some lovely views of the areas around them lit up, making for some good footage. Check out the lovely thrust reduction and increase during our climb out which is simply music to my ears. We cruised at 40,000ft, the upper ceiling altitude for a Boeing 737 and around halfway through the flight, some strange vibration noises started filling the cabin and what made it slightly worrying was the captain then turned the seatbelt signs on and came out to speak to the head flight attendant. Though fortunately it just ended up being some turbulence, and shortly afterwards started our Descent and Scenic approach into Stansted. Unfortunately my window formed some quite harsh frost on it, but for the most part I managed to film around it. We landed from the other side into Stansted this time, so there's not much to see after we land. And it was straight onto stand and disembarked. The other cool thing about this flight was that because Denmark is 1 hour ahead of the UK, and the flight takes 1 hour and 15 minutes, it only really takes 15 minutes of time. We took off at 21.39 and landed at 21.53.
