Gnocchi alla Sorrentina is a cheesy, baked pasta that everyone will love. Growing up in Italy, my family and I spent many afternoons cheering for the Naples soccer team, whether from the stands or at home with friends. So, in honor of the Napoli soccer game this weekend, I thought it'd be fun to give you a taste of a classic Neapolitan dish: Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina. "Alla Sorrentina" simply means Sorrento-style, and this cheesy baked pasta dish is a typical first course dish from the Campania region of Italy (where Naples is located).
