1000 Miglia 2025 – The start in Brescia

This year I went to see the start of 1000 Miglia in Brescia. A truly remarkable experience. More than 450 classic cars of every kind and a city dressed for the occasion. See the start of the race in this video filmed at various locations around the city – starting with the sealing and presentation of cars on Piazza della Vittoria and ending on Piazzale Arnaldo/Via Mantova as the last cars leave Brescia to embark on their 5-day race to Rome and back. I have included the name and model year of (almost all of) the cars in the video. Particularly for Danish viewers you can see the single Danish participant No. 423 (Tom and Martin Lauritzen) in their Lotus Eleven Climax @ 04:50 and 13:25.
